the oculus quest 1 and the Oculus rift cv1 are both great picks if you want to dip your feet in the pool of PcVr. 

Stand alone is the best pick for Vr if you dont have a pc capable of vr. the quest 2 is a great used pick for around $150 you get awesome titles like Bonelab and blade and sorcery. and with stand alone if in the future you do get a computer capable of vr you can just get a link cable or use airlink to connect to your pc seamlessly.
